1. Does insta7 work on any phone?
Any phone that has:
- GPRS(2G) OR 3G OR WiFi (with wi-fi access)
- An Internet Browser
2. What is GPRS?
To put it simply, GPRS is a feature to help you browse internet from your mobile phone. All telecom service providers offer GPRS connectivity at a very affordable rates.
3. How much will it cost me to activate a GPRS pack in India?
A monthly GPRS pack from most service providers in India will cost you less than Rs.100 for 2-5GB of free internet usage.
4. How to activate a GPRS pack on my phone?
- Prepaid Connections: You simply have to recharge your phone for a particular amount. Eg: If you have an Idea prepaid number, a phone recharge of Rs.98 will enable you to use GPRS for 30 days with 2GB of free usage.
- Postpaid Connections: You can call your customer care and activate a GPRS pack for a monthly rental fee.
5. I have GPRS on my phone. Do I necessarily need to activate a GPRS Pack?
Most telecom services will provide GPRS connectivity to you without the need of activating any pack as such. However, it is highly recommended that you activate a GPRS pack to keep your costs low.
Eg: On some networks, there is a vast difference in the cost of GPRS usage with and without a pack. Spending Rs.100 without activating a GPRS pack will give you 2.5MB of usage, whereas a Rs.100 GPRS pack will allow you 2000MB of free usage.

8. Is insta7 a completely free service?
Yes! There is absolutely no cost of using insta7. We do not charge you anything from our side.
However, your telecom service provider will charge you for using GPRS/3G.
9. Why does insta7 not work sometimes?
We keep insta7 up and running 24x7. However, your GRPS/WiFi/3G connectivity may be down from time to time. In such cases, you can verify this by trying to load another website. If no other websites are working, you can be sure it is an issue with your connectivity.
10. Why is insta7 slow sometimes?
The speed of insta7 depends on the speed of your connection. GPRS connections may be slow from time to time. If you upgrade to a 3G connection, you will experience much faster browsing speeds.
11. Why does my download remain incomplete at times?
This may be due to fluctuation in your GPRS/WiFi/3G connectivity. It will resolve itself in sometime when you have full connectivity.
